Matt Gillman

Matt Gillman founded 24 Digital in 1999, growing this boutique agency into one of Melbourne’s most reputable digital agencies before selling in 2015. Matt’s portfolio extends across multiple industries and markets, most notably for clients such as United Nations, Callaway Golf, Stussy, Russell Athletic, Telstra, Rip Curl, BMW, ANZ, and National Australia Bank (NAB).

Following 24 Digital (sold to Fusion Corp) and unable to keep still, Matt’s journey led him to set up multiple businesses including three hospitality venues in Melbourne (Señoritas, Little Hunter, and Flamingo - failed miserably), independently launching major Men’s skincare brand HANDSOME (sold to Pure Beauty Australia) and co-founding financial services company HelpCompare (sold to private buyers).

Inspired by frustrations with clunky and expensive tech issue management systems, Matt created Tracey Bug Cop a visual website issue tracker that integrates with Trello.

Always looking for a new challenge and through his love of Gin and exploring historical stories, Matt launched Death Gin (sold to private buyers).

Matt’s focus now lies in building digital solutions for clients adjusting to the “new normal,” sharing his many years of expertise to help drive business process efficiency, increase lead generation/conversion rates and build automated workflows to empower clients to “do more with less.”

GRZZ is focused on ROI, measuring analytics, and using those analytics to refine client offerings to target audiences.

Along with GRZZ, Matt also works closely with design and advertising agencies across Australia.
